Ticketing policy

When you book a ticket to one of our events, the ticket represents a revocable license.

By using this ticket, the user acknowledges the potential risks involved and voluntarily assumes all responsibility for any property loss or personal injury that may occur during its use. NCN will not be held liable for any punitive, incidental,  consequential, or special damages arising from such incidents. The holder agrees to indemnify NCN, its employees, agents, and licensees from any claims or demands resulting from attending the event.

Each person must possess a valid ticket for entry. Entry is at the discretion of NCN, and proof of membership or affiliation to a member is required.

By participating in the event, the holder understands that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken. By attending, the holder consents to photography, audio recordings, and video recordings for various promotional purposes as deemed suitable by NCN’s management, its vendors, partners, affiliates, and/or representatives. If you don’t want your photo taken then let us know and we’ll take it down. Attendees release NCN’s management, its officers, and employees, along with all those involved in organising the event, from any liability related to the capturing, recording, or publication of such media for NCN’s purposes.

NCN’s management reserves the right to revoke the license, eject, or deny entry to any holder for violation of ticket terms and conditions, facility rules, illegal activity, or misconduct. The purchase or use of this ticket indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
