Learning & Networking Event - Art x Climate
4th March 2023: We explored topics from the built environment's role in defining and shaping culture and sustainability, tackling plastic pollution through innovation, art and heritage, plus art and its role in youth climate activism.
Our Art x Climate event at Ikigai was co-delivered with Liminal Spaces and featured workshops, art, performances and conversation. We explored topics from the built environment’s role in defining and shaping culture and sustainability, tackling plastic pollution through innovation, art and heritage, plus art and its role in youth climate activism.
Thanks to our workshop leads Nasra Nanda from Kenya Green Buildings Society, Rebecca Faber and Dipesh Pabari of The FlipFlopi Project and Kaluki Paul Mutuku of Youth4Climate. We had amazing performances from Cole Agneta and Origins Dance Company.
