Skoll Foundation is dedicated to creating a sustainable world of peace and prosperity for all. The Foundation catalyses transformational social change by investing in, connecting, and championing social entrepreneurs and other social innovators who together advance bold and equitable solutions to the world’s most pressing problems.
Skoll Foundation is supporting our expansion efforts under the umbrella of a new non-profit called “The Climate Network.”
Building upon the success of the Nairobi Climate Network, we’re set to replicate our impactful model into other cities across Africa. This expansion will enable us to bring together a diverse community of climate professionals from various sectors, fostering connections, collaboration, and collective action to tackle the climate crisis with local solutions and action. Each country chapter will be led by and for local climate actors whilst feeding into the broader vision of the network. We’re immensely grateful for the support of the Skoll Foundation in helping us to start this expansion journey, and to Dalberg Catalyst for their facilitation.
